Q & A

  • Do you work by the hour? By the Job? We work by the hour. Please contact us for a quote!

  • Do you only provide vacation home cleaning? We offer residential cleaning through referrals only as this service is limited.

  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?  Do you have your own vacuum? We bring cleaning supplies, but will ask to use our client’s vacuum/broom. We don’t like to transport these items as they can track dirt/germs from home to home.

  • Do you use environmentally safe chemicals? Yes we do! All of our cleaning products are eco-friendly, with the exception of Lysol disinfecting wipes and the use of bleach (only when needed for tougher jobs).

  • Do you accept credit cards?  Yes we accept all major credit cards as well as electronic payments through PayPal and Zelle.

  • If I refer my friend, do I get a referral fee or discounted cleaning? Yes! We offer free house cleans and/or extra cleaning time to clients who refer business. 

Policies

  • What happens if you get sick? We will contact you to reschedule as soon as we know your cleaner is sick, we always want to protect the health of our clients.

  • Do you charge a rescheduling fee if I have to cancel? We understand things happen, and ask that you cancel at least 24hrs in advance in order to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Do you offer a guarantee on your work We guarantee 100% satisfaction or your money back!

  • Do you show up on time? Of course! We are always on time and prepared to work. In the event of an emergency, we will send a text alerting you of any delays.

  • Do you work on holidays? We do work most holidays. Please see our calendar below for a schedule on available holiday cleaning.

Services we do NOT provide:

  • Event/party set ups or break downs             

  • Move-in/move-out cleans

  • Exterior windows

  • Landscaping or any exterior cleaning

  • Bio hazard cleans (bodily fluids, excessive mold, pet waste)

  • Moving heavy furniture

  • Pest/rodent removal or cleanup   

  • Excessive trash removal from hoarding

  • Cleaning that requires a high ladder

  • Washing or scrubbing walls
